The original Mercedes cooling system upgrade kit converts your 68mm water pump to a 72mm water pump to increase coolant flow and reduce engine temperature.

All parts are original Mercedes factory parts, do not take shortcuts with unreliable aftermarket water pumps.

No drilling, no cutting, no modifications, and professional factory appearance on the finished product.

This kit contains :

  • New Mercedes 72mm water pump
  • New Mercedes water pump housing.
  • 80 degrees thermostat (instead of factory 85 degrees)
  • All gaskets.

 This kit will fit all Mercedes 250GD with OM602.930 engines (1990-1994).

  This kit will fit a Mercedes 290GD, engine 602.939, 602942, 602.946, 602.947, 602.962, 602.994
